Cultivating Courage, Resilience & Peace
Through yoga and meditation I work collaboratively to empower individuals to develop a deep sense of trust in their innate capacity to experience ease and well-being.

Yoga and Meditation are sibling practices, mutually supporting and enriching the other.
Class Schedule
I offer Vipassana meditation and Hatha yoga that embraces a flexible and individualized approach to practice. My teaching creates a nurturing and inclusive space where students can explore their own unique path to find a measure of peace admit life’s challenges, and cultivate mindfulness practices that resonate with their authentic selves.
Meditation Retreat Day
Sat, May 10 10:00 AM—Sat, May 10 4:00 PM … St. Brigid’s, Ignatius Centre, Guelph
Meditation is a way to come home to ourselves, to reconnect with what it is to live in this human body, without the roles and responsibilities we have in daily life. We will explore various meditation practices – sitting, standing, walking and mindful movement, in a way that is welcoming to all, including those who have never attended a day long. The schedule will include a 90 minute lunch period, to enjoy mindfully eating, with time to walk the trails, or rest in the retreat centre.
$90 plus Dana (donation), includes simple catered lunch
Registration through Arrive Yoga, you will find the link below.

Elisabeth Schramm
Guelph, ON
I am grateful to reside in Guelph with its rich indigenous history. Between the Lakes Treaty No. 3 Territory which was signed between the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Crown in 1792. Home to the Anishinaabe, Attawandaron, Haudenosaunee and Metis peoples to the present day. Respecting the ancestral and traditional territories and mindful of our collective role as stewards of the land; and to build awareness of present-day Indigenous culture in our community.
